This print designed by Kristina Dam Studio is inspired by the Bauhaus Archive Museum of Design in Berlin by Walter Gropius. The Bauhaus Museum collects art pieces, items, documents and literature which relate to the world famous Bauhaus School – considered one of the most influential schools of architecture, design, and art of the 20th century.
Established by Danish graphic designer Kristina Dam in 2012, Kristina Dam Studio is one of the leading Scandinavian design studios. Beginning with a series of limited edition art prints, the brand has grown to include accessories, sculptures, furniture and lighting. The studio strives to merge art and interior, using honest and carefully selected materials – such as brass, marble, mirror, oak, stone, steel and glass. Its design ethos and philosophy could be described as Nordic Minimalism, with a focus on simple and graphic lines, strong attention to details, carefully selected natural materials and high end craftsmanship.
